Potatoes Fried with Garlic and Sage
- 4 lbs. Yukon, gold potatoes, peel and cut into wedges
- ½ cup olive oil
- 6 sage leaves, chopped
- 2 sprigs sage
- 2 ½ teaspoons House of CeCe’s Hot Pepper Seasoning Salt
- 8 garlic cloves, smashed
- Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl add the cut potatoes, olive oil and sage. Spread the potatoes onto a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven and stir in the garlic cloves. Place back into the oven and continue roasting until golden, about 30 minutes. For a crisper potatoes: Increase the temperature to 400 degrees F and cook until crisp, 15 more minutes. Season with House of CeCe’s – Hot Pepper Seasoning Salt.
